What you can do with lens., what you can't, and what to keep in mind when you act on what you read here. Written to be readable, not lawyer-grade.

1 · Legal Notice and Disclaimer

The investment information, commentary, and signals on lens. are not investment advice. Investment advisory services are provided by licensed institutions on a person-specific basis, taking into account each investor's risk and return preferences. The AI commentary, analyses, and signals you see on lens. are general in nature; they may not match your financial situation or risk tolerance, and they carry no guarantee or certainty. Decisions made solely on the basis of information shown here may not produce the outcomes you expect.

Trading in capital markets involves risk; partial or total loss of principal is possible. AI-based forecasts, technical indicators, and signals may not materialise. The content produced is contextual commentary, not the source's actual stated view. Your investment decisions and their outcomes are entirely your own responsibility.

2 · Investment Decisions

All portfolio and investment decisions are yours. Nothing lens. produces can be interpreted as "buy", "sell" or "you should do this." lens. is not responsible for the accuracy of the YouTube channels, Twitter accounts, or news sites you choose as sources.

3 · Account

You must use a real email to sign up. You can delete your account anytime from your Profile page; this permanently and irreversibly removes all your data. Don't share your account, don't use bots, and don't harvest data for commercial purposes.

4 · Data Ownership

You own the portfolio, source, and profile data you enter. We use it solely to serve you: we don't share with third parties, don't use it for ads, and don't leak it as training data.

5 · Respect for Source Owners

The names of YouTube channels, Twitter accounts, or publications we analyse are used for attribution only. Source owners can opt out at /opt-out. We globally disable the source within 7 business days.

When a source name (commentator, academic, institution) appears on lens.'s landing page, demo, marketing visuals, or analysis examples, it does not imply partnership or endorsement by that person. Sample questions, commentary, and mentor-style dialogues shown in those visuals are hypothetical texts generated by AI, inspired by the public tone of the source; they are not the person's actual statements, recommendations, or approved views. Source owners uncomfortable with such usage can submit a request via /opt-out.

6 · Service Level

lens. is in beta. Outages, bugs, or mistaken interpretations may happen. Our liability in such cases is limited to what you've paid for the service (currently free, so zero).

7 · Changes

If this document changes, we'll email you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8 · Disputes

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. Disputes are resolved in Istanbul courts.
